The annual survey identifies the 100 businesses on American exchanges with the most transparent
and conservative accounting practices and most prudent management.

Fortune's 100 Fastest-Growing Companies
In its annual ranking of "supercharged performers," Fortune named Resources #61 on the magazine's list of 100
Fastest-Growing Companies, published in the September 18, 2006 issue. The list is compiled by giving equal weight
to three factors: profit and sales growth for the three years through March 2006, and three-year total stock
market return through June 2006.

BusinessWeek's 100 Hot Growth Companies
Resources debuted at #21 out of "100 sizzling companies to watch" on BusinessWeek's Hot Growth Companies list, published June 5, 2006.
According to the magazine, "BusinessWeek combs a database of 5,275 public companies with revenues of $50 million to $1.5 billion a year.
We rank them by sales and earnings growth, as well as return on capital over three years. Only finalists whose shares rose at least
5% over the past 12 months were included. Of those still standing, the top 100 make our list."

Forbes' 200 Best Small Companies
Named to this list for five consecutive years (and one of only 23 companies to do so), Resources ranked #66 on Forbes' 200 Best Small Companies,
published October 30, 2006. To be selected, companies with sales in the $5 million to $750 million range must show a consistent
pattern of positive growth during a five-year period, as well as over the previous 12 months.
